Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Queuebenchgrid learning programs confirmed by invoice or enrollment email. Prices on this website are informational only; no payments are collected through the site itself.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least seven (7) days before the published cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials. Partial refunds may apply for documented medical emergencies interrupting participation after start, assessed case by case.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the event that grounds the request, and no later than the final scheduled session of the program unless an exception applies.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of tuition paid for that program. Partial refunds deduct a materials and seat-holding fee of up to 25% after the cohort begins, reflecting instructor preparation already incurred.

Non-refundable items

Completed Drift Desk hours, custom Grid Intensive facilitation dates already delivered, and third-party venue fees prepaid on your behalf are non-refundable. Gift cards or partner discounts may carry separate terms stated at issuance.

Refund process

Email contact@queuebenchgrid.digital with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may request supporting documents.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfer timelines outside Thailand may add intermediary delays beyond our control.

Cancellation by Queuebenchgrid

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Force majeure events, government restrictions, or learner violations of community standards may modify remedies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer law.
